OPEN TRAINING AND PRIVATE VENUE BOOKINGS AT FLOWSTOCKHOLM DURING WEEK 43 (21-27 OCTOBER)
During all of next week when the World pole & Aerial championship is being held in Uppsala north of Stockholm, FLOWStockholm are offering extra time slots and availability in our studio for all IPSF athletes. We have some aerial equipment and ceiling mounts so aerial hoop athletes are also welcome.
All visits have to be pre-booked through our booking system and accepted, we will not have staff present during these times unless we have confirmed appointments.

HOW TO BOOK
All bookings must go through our booking system Bookeo, which you will find on our website FLOWPole.se
Click the pink button “BOKA” and choose “STOCKHOLM”, then you can switch to English for the booking system or just proceed to click “KLASSER”, the top right option on the booking page.
Under “KLASSER” you will see all available timeslots labeled “Egen träning (2024 IPSF World championship)”
Each slot is 30 min and it’s possible to book “open training” where you might share the space with others (9 poles) for 200 SEK – or – book the whole studio for 500 SEK + 200 SEK per extra person. The option to book the whole studio will pop up once you click “BOKA” for your requested time.
If there are no other bookings before or after your booked time and our staff don’t have to leave, you are welcome to overstay your 30 minutes, however, we can only guarantee the time you actually book and pay for.
Each booking is made as a booking request and has to be accepted and confirmed by us to be valid, if a booking request is made with very short notice and we are not around or in the studio we might not be able to respond to your request before the time starts. An unaccepted booking request is not valid and you might be disappointed if you try to go to the studio and we’re not there.
It’s a small studio and we are normally not open at all during daytime hours but try to be as available as possible for anyone who would like to visit. Just please try to not flood us with e-mails or stress if we’re not able to reply or respond right away.
